Where To Find Your Target Customers?

After completing your target market research, You need to find out where your target customers are spending their time in their day to day life. Are they online surfing in social medias, watching video on YouTube, watching TV, reading newspaper, going outside for spending time, going to park etc.

If you find out the platforms where your target customers are spending their time, you can use those platforms to influence them.

You can ask yourself these questions to find out the platform your target market are using:

  • Are they using facebook? If yes then which group they have joined, which page they have liked.
  • Are they using Instagram? If yes, then which profile they are most probably following.
  • Are they using YouTube? If yes, then what channels they have most probably subscribed.
  • What words they use for searching in google.
  • If they are going outside, then which particular are of town/city they are most probably travelling.
  • Are they reading newspaper daily. Then which newspaper they are most probably reading most.

If you truly don’t understand your target market, then you most probably can’t find where your target market is spending time.

But if you truly understand them, then you will find out where most probably they are spending their time to get away from their pain or move towards pleasure.

And when you know which platform they are using, you can easily use appropriate marketing strategy to attract them to your store.
